Shipping and other policies

We strive to ship as fast as possible, but we're also new to this. Sometimes there may be a small delay as we get off the ground here. Any mistakes on orders will be corrected. All packages will have tracking, anything shown as delivered but claimed as lost may receive only a partial refund. Please be sure to select your proper shipping option- free in store pickup orders may also have a release date be sure to verify that before attempting pickup.

Store pickup: if you order a pick up order and do not pick up within 2 weeks and do not contact us/we've tried and cannot contact you we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

We cannot accept returns for any item unless the item was damaged in shipment (we pay shipping) or the item was incorrect (we pay shipping). If an item arrives and it is the wrong item, missing item from an order, or is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Successful returns will receive a full refund via the method of original payment. Item must be returned in the condition it was received. Please email: innovagolfer@yahoo.com

Limits: In the event of a disc with a set limit per customer, it is presumed to be per address and/or name. For example: if a disc is limited to 1 per customer, you cannot order 2 separate orders to the same address, even with different names. We will cancel orders beyond the set limit per customer. If we set a limit and have some for online sale and some for pickup, you MAY get 1 online AND 1 in store.
