Quartz is our first premium. Previously we called it Diamond plastic because of the pure unadulterated nature of this plastic and outstanding durability. Gateway wanted Diamond so we began using quartz in 2016.
We changed the name to quartz because like quartz this plastic holds energy well and when you get a pure quartz crystal it is like glass. As such our quartz plastic also is designed to be completely translucent.
