This year Joona Heinanen decided to mix things up by choosing the Moondust Champion Firefly. The Firefly design carries all of the flight traits you love in the Aviar while handling the harder throws even better while holding up to the abuse in our new Moondust Champion material.

This disc exceeded my expectations. Bought mostly as another option to my Aviars (I bag 5) and was intrigued by the fact it has a taller rim so might be good for my large hands. The disc is slightly more stable than my Aviars, and has become my go-to for approach shots into the wind for anything <300 ft. The disc looks cool too with all the sparkly stuff (“moondust”) mixed in.
