This disc is good for beginners and slower arms, but can be utilized by moderate arms with some finesse. Easy to hyzer flip up to flat and if you have a little speed even turn it some. For moderate arm speed this disc makes a great utility disc, with enough hyzer it will pop up to flat then fade in, flat the -3 turn really shows, and on a high anhyzer it easily glides to the right for a long time.
